Gümüs Parts Warranty

At Gümüs , each piece is carefully handcrafted in Portugal, reflecting our commitment to quality, authenticity, and unique design. We use only the highest-quality materials: 925 silver and 9kt gold in the Gümüs Prata e Ouro line, high-quality silver in the Gümüs Man line, and 19kt gold in the Gümüs Gold and Gümüs Baby lines.

All our parts are covered by a 3-year warranty , valid from the date of purchase, which covers manufacturing defects and problems related to the materials used , in accordance with current legal regulations.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

  • Damage caused by improper use, dropping or impact;
  • Oxidation or color changes caused by contact with chemical products (such as perfumes, creams, chlorine or detergents);
  • Scratches, dents or deformations resulting from daily use;
  • Natural wear and tear of parts;
  • Repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorized third parties;
  • Damage to the mesh of the stretch bracelets, which is not covered by the warranty and will incur a repair cost.
  • To activate the warranty, proof of purchase must be presented.

Repair Conditions

If the repair of your part involves costs, this will only begin after your approval of the quote .

Repairs to parts purchased through the online store must be handled directly with Gümüs , with the item being shipped to our facilities. Our representatives are not authorized to process repairs for online purchases.
