2. Products Our pieces are designed and handcrafted in Portugal. The images shown on the website are illustrative and may vary slightly due to the artisanal process.
3. Prices and Payments All prices include VAT at the current legal rate. We accept payments via MB WAY, Credit Card, Payshop, and MULTIBANCO.
4. Shipping and Delivery: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time varies between 2 and 3 weeks. You can choose home delivery or pickup at one of our drop-off locations.
5. Returns The customer has the right to return the order within 30 days of receipt, as described in our Returns Policy.
6. Warranty: Gümüs pieces come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage due to misuse, natural wear and tear, and other issues specified in our Warranty Policy are excluded.

8. Disputes In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform or the Electronic Complaints Book.
