Return Policy – Gümüs At Gümüs, we value your trust and want to ensure a hassle-free experience. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, and in its original packaging. Returns must be communicated in advance to info@gumusjewellery.com . Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of manufacturing defects. After receiving and inspecting the item, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method. Important: Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
